This morning, I had the opportunity to help with a Life Walk fund raiser for our local crises pregnancy center in Niles, Michigan. In between helping people get registered for the walk and catching my papers from blowing away in the early morning breeze off the river, I had time to think about what we were doing.

Received your newsletter today! It is great to know what is going on with you in the ministry.
I like the Hoosier plate….”In God we Trust”. Is that a standard plate or a special issue? Hoosier folks are warm and friendly, to make up for the icy weather…though I grew up on the other end of the state. Back home people bop in and visit unannounced to play a game of rook or canasta and have a soda pop and popcorn……

I like my license plate, too! It was one of several choices I had for my car when I registered in Indiana. I heard on the radio a couple months ago that some group is lobbying state congress to make it harder and more expensive to get that plate. Figures. :-)

I’m so glad you have a website now! I have often wondered how you were doing in between you newsletters and now we can find out! Thanks for the update letter too. It is exciting to hear what God is doing in and through you as you serve Him up north! We miss you and hope to see you again sometime soon! Love ya!
