It was one of several choices I had for my car when I registered in Indiana. I heard on the radio a couple months ago that some group is lobbying state congress to make it harder and more expensive to get that plate. Figures. :-) I like my license plate, too! Hoosier folks are warm and friendly, to make up for the icy weather...though I grew up on the other end of the state.
